Qualifications

I have a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Economics), Bachelor of Information Technology, and PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) Foundation and Practitioner qualifications.

Qualifications are nice to have but, there is no substitute for the knowledge and experience gained by doing it 40+ hours a week for decades. I have helped companies grow tenfold.

Experience

I have over 20 years of highly successful project management experience, including 15 years on IT projects. In over half of these, I have carried out the project myself, from initial business or concept analysis, through implementation, to training of the staff and support. I have experience and skills from end to end. You will only be dealing with me.

I have extensive experience with 'Business as usual' migrations and transformations. Your business won't suffer as I implement improvements.

I have specialist skills in Zoho and know how to get the most out of it for your business.

I Get It

I have been a director of, and owned and run, companies and businesses for most of my working life. I have over a decade of real Business Development experience and had clients as big as BAE and Standards Australia.

Although it's interesting working with the top end of town, I get the most enjoyment out of helping small to medium-size businesses reach their potential. I agree with Adam Grant, "the most meaningful way to succeed is to help others succeed".

I WILL LISTEN TO YOU! Sounds simple, but people get too caught up in their preconceived notions to listen. I will find out your major pain points and what you want to achieve in the short, medium, and long term. I will work with you to achieve this vision for your business.

I will never tell you how to run your business or implement a solution that is not a good fit for you. I understand that every industry has its quirks and that there are legitimate reasons for this. I have experience in various fields, including General Retail, Fashion, Hospitality, Construction, Sports, Energy, ICT, Government, Aerospace and Defence, Professional Services and Non-Profits.

I am not your average Tech Geek. I have a lot of business nous and common sense. I am also very personable and work hard but like to enjoy myself at the same time. We'll have fun while we get it done.
